Qualification: All trip participants must be members in good standing of Pine Point Ski Club for the current season.
Trip Deviations: Any travel arrangements or changes outside the Sports America Tours, Inc. package are the responsibility of the trip participant. This includes additional or changed flights, lodging, ground transportation, meals, added or reduced travel days, and any related costs. Participants are also responsible for costs resulting from missed departures or late arrival.
Travel Insurance — Strongly Recommended: Pine Point Ski Club strongly urges all trip participants to purchase travel insurance. Sports America Tours, Inc. provides a link to an independent travel insurance carrier commonly used by ski clubs. Any insurance policy is purchased directly from the carrier, and participants are responsible for reviewing the coverage, exclusions, deadlines, and claim requirements.
Liability Waiver
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I voluntarily participate in this Pine Point Ski Club trip. I hereby waive and release Pine Point Ski Club, its officers, directors, agents, representatives, volunteers, and trip leaders from claims or liabilities for injuries, damages, or losses arising from my voluntary participation in the trip.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health, physical condition, personal well-being, conduct, and personal property during the trip.
I understand that skiing, snowboarding, travel, and related recreational activities involve inherent risks. These risks may include changing weather and snow conditions, ice, bare spots, rocks, trees, stumps, forest growth, terrain variations, debris, equipment, other participants, and marked or unmarked obstacles. I knowingly accept and assume these risks.
I understand that Pine Point Ski Club does not control Sports America Tours, Inc., airlines, ground transportation providers, lodging providers, ski areas, equipment rental companies, or other independent travel suppliers. Pine Point Ski Club is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, weather conditions, mechanical failures, strikes, closures, or other events outside the club’s reasonable control.
I acknowledge and agree that this document may be signed electronically. My electronic signature shall have the same force and effect as an original handwritten signature.
Cancellation Policy: Trip payments, cancellations, refunds, participant replacements, and any related fees are governed by Sports America Tours, Inc. and the applicable travel providers. Participants are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms during registration.
