I hereby apply for membership in Pine Point Ski Club for the Membership Type and year identified above, which runs from September 1 to August 31 each year. In consideration for club membership and the opportunity to attend club trips and club activities, the undersigned agrees to and hereby does discharge and release: (a) the Pine Point Ski Club, and (b) its officers, agents, representatives, and trip leaders in connection with the performance of their duties on the club’s behalf, from and against all claims for injury to the person or property of the undersigned, unless willfully and maliciously caused.

Membership dues are nonrefundable and are not tax-deductible.
