DESCRIPTION:

Slopeside lodging at
'LODGE AT SNOWBIRD'. 4 nights with 2 queen beds, coffee maker, mini fridge. Free WIFI, heated outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, dry sauna's and fitness center (in case you didn't get enough of a workout on the slopes). Plus equipment lockers for each room. 4 day Snowbird lift pass and our own 47 passenger bus to take us from Salt Lake Airport to Snowbird and back. Come join us, it's going to be a blast.

 The following is included in the trip price: 

AIR TRANSPORTATION: 

Southwest Airlines (yeah no baggage fees), Direct non-stop flights to/from SLC. Departure 8:05PM - land 10:35PM, with the airport a mere 29 miles from Snowbird you should be snug in your bed by Midnight. Return flight 4:55PM - lands 9:00PM, bus will probably leave for the Airport at 2:00PM, so depending how quick you change you'll be able to ski til 1:00 or 1:30.

If you have mileage or are coming from somewhere else and wish to book your own air,. We can deduct the cost of the air ($225) from the final payment price. (Approval needed)

MOUNTAIN STATS: 

  • Lifts: One Aerial Tram, 10 chairlifts including six high-speed detachable quads and four doubles (most with arm and leg rests) and two conveyer lifts.
  • Runs: 169
  • Acreage: 2,500 acres.
  • Terrain: 27 percent beginner, 38 percent intermediate, 35 percent advanced/expert.
  • Elevation: Top of resort is 11,000-foot Hidden Peak, lowest point on the mountain is bottom of Baby Thunder chairlift at 7,760 feet. The 125-person Tram covers 2,900 vertical feet in approximately 7 minutes.
  • Longest Run: Chip’s Run, 2.5 miles.
  • Snowfall: Snowbird averages approximately 500 inches of low-density, “dry” Utah powder annually.


SO TO SUM IT UP:

2 days off work, 3 1/2 ski days in Utah powder snow, 4 nights slope-side lodging, airfare, bus transfers, and some of the best people in the world. All this for $999 (with $500 deposit received by the kickoff party) to the first 24 people.
